THINGS TO DO

Stop buying, and start making!
I'm always claiming to be so creative, but I never actually spend any time creating. So, instead of spending money that I don't even have, I should just make the clothes or other things that I want!
I'm learning everything I need to learn in school right now so my clothes-making confidence is going up!

Avoid unhealthy habits.
"Freshman 15?! No way, not me!" I really thought that I wouldn't gain any weight at college but it is so hard! I was trying so hard no to have to spend extra money at the supermarket but it's totally worth having fresh healthy food than gaining excess weight.

Use time wisely.
I have a lot of time between classes generally so instead of just hanging out, getting an early start of my work is a way to avoid stress!

Home Sweet Dorm

My housing situation for next year was a mess for a while but everything is cleared up now and I will be living in a single door. It would have been nice to have a roommate but that was music to my ears in terms of, decorating. My plan of attack is a vintage-glam-victorian kind of theme and i also entered in bed bath & beyond's home sweet dorm contest which I'm really excited about. I'm starting to make my headboard with the help of my boyfriend soon but can't decide between the tufted look or shiny gold studs??

A lot of my inspiration has come from Lovely Undergrad, aka my new bible.

Let me know if you have any ideas!

Avoiding Hypothermia

So my winters are going to be a little bit colder since I'm relocating a bit north of where I am for school. I generally sacrament warmth for fashion but I don't think I'll make the 5-10 minute walk to class when the temperature is in the negatives. I'm so picky with coats so I thought I'd get started with the search now!

I love the black one but of course they don't have my size!

Degree of Lameness

I am ecstatic that this is my senior year of high school but instead of enjoying it, i'm miserably counting the days until i'm liberated. seriously, i feel fucking trapped. on a happier note, i got my driver's license and was accepted into my first choice college(Lasell College) ! I'm majring in Fashion Design (:

Doo.Ri Chung; i love her. The blue dress is gorgeously draped! Simple yet edgy.

Failure to be resolute

Day three of 2010 and I've tanked the boat of hope in terms of my resolutions.
They were nothing major, the common: get fit/lose weight, be proactive, be nicer.
Oh, well there is always tomorrow...or next year (; My first purchase of 2010 was a royal blue jumpsuit that im still afraid to wear. i'll post a picture soon.
wanted bling; i love betsey johnson

Took long enough to get here. Staying true to my resolutions already(one being making a blog!)
2009 was pretty good to me. I did a lot of "new" things this past year, for one, i fell in love.
